Time-Management Self Assessment

NOTE! This is a self assessment. The only person that really needs to know the correct results of this test is YOU! Nobody else cares about it, nobody will ever ask you about it and it will not help you getting a better job if you show it to your prosp[ective employer. That is why you must try to be honest about the answers. There is a natural tendency in all of us to describe ourselves in these tests as we WISH to be, not as we ARE. In order to become what you wish to be, you first need to know where you stand right now!

SELF ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE


A. During work, people come to you for various reasons. Your typical behaviour is:

You are doing a great job managing your time and life. Congratulations! Coaching may help you achieve even higher levels of performance.

Good: 45 - 54
    TIME TO IMPROVE
You are managing yourself and time to a considerable extent. There is still room for improvement. You will benefit from taking a Time/Self-Management workshop. Consider coaching to help you further develop your self-management skills and learn new strategies.

Mediocre: 30 -44  
    LEARNING TIME
Time management could really make a difference for you. Consider doing the Time management course and put aside serious time and motivation for improving the currsent situation. Ironically, becoming a good time manager takes time!

Poor: 29 or below   
    TIME OUT!
Things may be spinning out of control. You need to change certain behaviors and learn new skills. Don't walk…RUN to a Time/Self-Management workshop. Strongly consider coaching.
